About & methodology
What this site is
GTA Calculator answers the questions players actually search with a phone in one hand and a controller in the other: what's it worth, will it fit, is it true, is it worth the money. Tools over articles, numbers over opinions.
How we verify
Every factual claim and calculator input on this site carries one of four labels:
- verified — Confirmed by official Rockstar/Take-Two sources or at least two independent reputable outlets.
- probable — Reported by multiple reputable outlets or broad community consensus, not yet officially confirmed.
- rumour — Single-source claims, leaks, or unverified community reports. Treat with caution.
- false — Claim has been debunked or contradicted by official sources.
Rules we hold ourselves to: a claim needs an official source or two independent reputable ones before it's marked verified; every data point stores its source and a last-verified date; status changes get a public changelog entry; and money-affecting numbers get an extra human review before promotion. When we estimate (like install sizes nobody has announced), the estimate is labelled as one — on the page, not in fine print.

Some pages may contain affiliate links to hardware (storage, controllers, consoles). If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no cost to you. Affiliate links never influence a number, a label, or a recommendation — the methodology above applies regardless.
